Enlevez vos feuilles de chou, placez votre riz dans l\u2019eau,m\u00e9langez, laissez cuire 10-12 minutes, go\u00fbtez, il faut que le riz soit cuit mais ferme.\u00a0 \u00c9gouttez le sans le rincer,celui-ci devrait avoir pris une couleur bleut\u00e9e. Mettez le dans un grand saladier, arrosez-le de 10 cl de vinaigre de riz, m\u00e9langez bien, le voil\u00e0 rose\u00a0!
