L\u2019id\u00e9e ici est de proposer de d\u00e9licieux amuse-bouche, faits maison, raisonn\u00e9s et qui feront plaisir \u00e0 toute la famille&nbsp;! On attaque nos recettes de f\u00eate avec une recette v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne pleine de texture, de volume et de saveurs&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette l\u00e9g\u00e8re est parfaite pour commencer un d\u00eener sans se couper la faim. La puissante saveur du sarrasin sera adoucie par ce houmous cr\u00e9meux qui sera lui-m\u00eame mis en relief avec la tranche de topinambour vinaigr\u00e9e. J\u2019ai appris moi-m\u00eame il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps que le topinambour pouvait se manger cru, c\u2019est d\u00e9licieux, pour une bonne texture cuisinez le le plus frais
