J\u2019adore ces plats chinois si r\u00e9confortants comme le b\u0153uf aux oignons ou le porc au caramel. En \u00e9tant v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien on a souvent tendance \u00e0 penser que l\u2019on doit mettre une croix dessus, mais non&nbsp;! On a d\u00e9couvert comment faire le seitan, c\u2019est incroyablement facile, \u00e9conomique et pratique&nbsp;(il se garde une semaine dans son bouillon au frigo) ! On en a profit\u00e9 pour essayer des versions v\u00e9g\u00e9tales de kebab et autre fajitas qui se sont toutes av\u00e9r\u00e9es super satisfaisantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me rappelle que lorsque l\u2019on \u00e9tait plus jeune au restaurant chinois mon fr\u00e9rot Paul commandait toujours ce plat. Je suis persuad\u00e9 que m\u00eame un adepte comme lui sera conquis par cette version v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. C\u2019est aussi un plat qui est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 faire pour un grand nombre de personnes. Une bonne opportunit\u00e9 pour prouver \u00e0 tous vos convives que l\u2019on peut se r\u00e9galer avec un plat familial durable.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div Ajoutez peu \u00e0 peu le liquide dans le r\u00e9cipient de farines et \u00e9pices, formez une belle p\u00e2te. Travaillez l\u00e0 \u00e0 la main quelques minutes. D\u00e9coupez-la en 4 morceaux que vous passerez au mixeur une minute ou deux, des filaments vont se cr\u00e9er. Fa\u00e7onnez les quatre petits p\u00e2tons en leur donnant une forme de galet. Faites-les cuire dans le bouillon une heure, attention ils vont prendre beaucoup de volume.
